I work with people who have experienced some kind of trauma, emotional or physical, that has stopped them in their tracks and is preventing them from engaging in life.

Current scientific research is shifting the paradigm of the pain concept.

Imagine resolving the pain that has been hanging around for years.

Wake pain free and clear headed and have energy and enthusiasm to face the day.

Without the pain and exhaustion you can now deal with just about anything. You actually can love life again.

  • Picture yourself being pain free and enjoying that sport or activity again.

  • Imagine what it will be like to have the focus and energy to apply to your work.

  • Reengage in your relationships without being distracted by unresolved upsets.

We often think of pain as being physical or emotional. However the two are so closely related that we cannot have one without the other.

Strong physical pain is always accompanied by strong emotion. Irritation, annoyance, frustration, anger, fear, etc.. These emotions often create more stress and more pain as body and mind have to adapt even further to cope.

On the other hand, strong emotional upsets can be accompanied by a seemingly unrelated pain. On the surface they may appear so unrelated that we hardly ever connect the two and instead assume they are two separate issues.

Headaches, neck pain, back pain, digestive issues, thyroid problems, exhaustion (to name but a few) quite often can have their source firmly seated in ongoing and unresolved stressful events.
